Product: 1800 Series Master Valve

Summary: Constructed from a forged brass body, this high flow master valve was designed to meet general compressed gas manifold requirements. This valve has a pressure rating of 4860 PSI at 70º F. The seat plug is manufactured from aluminum silicon bronze, and available with a choice of Kel-F or Vespel seat insert. In addition to the Virgin Teflon packing seal, two other seals are designed into the stem. The Piston-T-Seal and “O” ring seals were implemented into the design of the valve to eliminate leakage past the stem during operation and in the open position.

Summary: The CGA 1350 brass fittings are manufactured in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association V-10 standard. This connection is rated at 3000 psi for the following services: Carbon Monoxide, Ethane, Ethylene, Hydrogen, Methane, and Natural Gas.

Product: CGA 1440 Fill Connection

Summary: The CGA 1440 brass fittings are manufactured in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association V-10 standard. This connection is rated at 3000 psi for Breathing Air service.

Product: CGA 1450 Fill Connection

Summary: The CGA 1450 brass fittings are manufactured in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association V-10 standard. This connection is rated at 3000 psi for Air service.

Product: CGA 1540 Fill Connection

Summary: The CGA 1540 brass fittings are manufactured in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association V-10 standard. This connection is rated at 3000 psi for Oxygen service.

Product: CGA 1550 Fill Connection

Summary: The CGA 1550 brass fittings are manufactured in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association V-10 standard. This connection is rated at 3000 psi for Carbon Monoxide service.

Product: Pipe Caps

Summary: Our pipe cap is manufactured from your choice of brass or 304L stainless steel. These fittings have a pressure rating of 3000 PSI. Other sizes not listed below are available upon request.

Product: CGA Nuts & Nipples

Summary: The compressed gas nuts and nipples are constructed of either brass or 304L stainless steel. These fittings are manufactured in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association V-1 standard. Other connections not listed below are available upon request.
